Hi everyone....Newbie here but not new to FK....I still have a huge crush on Nick..lol. I'm mostly a NNPacker. I love fan fiction and I have a few "possibly" fresh ideas I'm toying with so I thought I'd share and I love discussing FK and "what if this happened" scenarios. So here is a couple of "What ifs" for you guys to stir the juices.

OK what if Janette had to "babysit" Nat like she did Schanke in the second season epi where he is being hunted?

Ok what if Nick had not made it in time to save Nat from Spark in AMPH as in her bit her?

ok that's enough rambling for now lol.

I'm glad you liked them. The FK presence on livejournal is pretty small but there's some good fic hidden away. Most of them haven't been posted on fkfic-l. Are you on the list? It doesn't get a lot of new fic but every month there's about two new entries.

I love Lacroix as a bad @$$ or as light uncle....I like Schanke better than Tracy (Who doesn't?)...but I like Vachon considerably. I belong to most of the yahoo lists.... lurking for years......I thought everyone had disappeared from the lists...

i also like the weird Natalie/Vachon stories....I know odd considering I'm a NNPacker, but there is something about that bad boy...but i di like nat and nick ending up together in the end

I've read a few Natalie/Vachon story but I don't think they made that much of an impression on me to bookmark. The one I remember most was WIP that never got finished. It left off just as Nick was going to reenter the picture. I want to say it was on either NNFic Yahoo List (that wouldn't make much sense) or the FK Fic. I'll have a look around my bookmarks.

Oddly enough I kind of like the idea of Natalie/LaCroix. I'm a huge fan of imajiru's fanfiction (http://imajiru.7dragons.net/fiction/fk/index.html), and there are a few Natalie/Nick/LaCroix stories that are really well done. It's not threesomes but Natalie is a vampire so it's more of family atmosphere thing going on. The dynamic and the interplay is really interesting.

But yeah, the NNPacker in me wants them together but I can deal if they're not.

FKFIC-L is still up and running as is FORKNI-L. Instructions on how to sign up can be found here (http://www.geocities.com/Athens/7139/fk-lists.htm). They don't get a whole lot of traffic but every now and then something pops up.

One of my favorite LaCroix stories is LaCroix Takes the Wheel (http://www.fkfanfic.com/fanfic/l/lacr1296.txt) by Diane Trap

The Five Years Later (http://members.shaw.ca/klytaimnestra/fkhome.html) novel by Klytaimnestra has some great LaCroix and NN. It's a great read. She also wrote the one full blown Nat/LaCroix story I've ever really read all the way through.

Play It Again, Schanke (http://www.fkfanfic.com/fanfic/p/play2697.txt) by Stephen Lansing is hilarious. His And to All a Good Knight (http://www.fkfanfic.com/fanfic/a/andt2451.txt) is also very good. Great Schanke here.

To be honest I haven't read much Vachon. I like the guy. I've heard Apache is an outstanding Vachon writer but I've never gotten around to reading.

I was reading you comments in my email and you mention pre-series stories but the thread here doesn't have it. Weirdness. Anyhoo, I LOVE those type of stories.

I already read your stories and as someone who loves fanfic they were really well written. Elusive Gains on the forever knight fic 2 list is a pretty good pre dark knight fic too. I forget who wrote it though.

Okay...okay....I'll admit Tracy had her moments....I did like the whole mouth overloading her butt thing.....Honestly it wouldn't have been the same without either one....
