I ran across this gem almost by accident after I slaved away at completing (hopefully)the Forever Knight Fanfiction Challenge layout fk_fanfiction. Hopefully now word will spread that the place is actually open. The challenge is the same since melsmarsh was the only one to write a fic (perhaps she will expand?).

Hi. I'm new but I HAD to take part in the challenge because work has been slow this last 30 minutes. I tried to challenge myself with this one, not only with the 30 minute timer, but also with no dialog. I tend to get too wordy once I had people chatting.
